General FAQs
Non- US Commercial Implementation Nuances
- Chat Interfaces:
- Microsoft Teams: You cannot use the App Store installation method for Teams Bots outside of the US, as the messaging endpoint refers to the US Commercial. Instead you will need to follow the instructions here to set up an Azure Bot in the organization's Microsoft tenant.
- Slack: You will need to ensure your messaging endpoint is pointing to the correct tenant.
- Web chat: You will need to ensure the URL you are iframing points to the correct tenant. For example EU would be: https://webchat.prod.am-euc1.moveworks.io/movewebchat-client-script.js
- Moveworks Agent: The auth and config urls in the
agent_config.mwymlshould refer to your region specific URLs. - My Moveworks SSO Login: The Login URL for My Moveworks is unique per region. See the docs here for more details .
