BeyondTrust Remote Support (formerly Bomgar) enables you to remotely access and fix nearly any device, running any platform, located anywhere in the world. The integration manifests itself in the Moveworks Bot, as a hand-off mechanism when the bot hits a backstop and can't help the user. A user can click a button in the bot and open a live agent chat with a real human IT agent. The Bomgar Click to chat configuration utilizes the BeyondTrust Remote Support Session Generation API. The Session Generation API requires no API token for bot integration, but Moveworks will need the unique id for issue submission in your Bomgar instance.
