General Information Overview

General Information module allows admins to view and edit certain organization level configurations. Through the Generation Information module, admins can:

1. View the status of their ongoing implementation
2. View the go-live date for Moveworks bot
3. Add alternate company email domains through which company admins can additionally login
4. Customize org’s MyMoveworks URL
5. Configure the bot avatar
6. Customize the colors for web UI forms (whenever a Moveworks in-bot fillable form is launched in a new window)

Configuring fields in General Information

Let’s learn more in details about the available configuration fields in General Information screen.

1. Company Details

   1. Company Name* - Set your organisation’s display-friendly company name (e.g. Moveworks). This gets used in Bot Performance Insights and EXI dashboards.
      Note: This is only editable by the CSEs/ CSMs.
   2. Company Email Domain* - Your company's default email domain.
      Note: This is only editable by the CSEs/ CSMs.
   3. Additional Company Email Domains - Admins can add any other email domains that exist in their company. For eg. moveworks.com, moveworks.ai. These additional domains are needed if your Moveworks admins will login with email domains other than the configured company domain.
   4. Onboarding Stage* - The stage of your organization's onboarding onto Moveworks.
      Note: This is only editable by the CSEs/ CSMs.
   5. Go-Live Date - This the date when your Moveworks implementation goes live. Please note: Analytics & Alerts will start generating only post this date.
      Note: This is only editable by the CSEs/ CSMs.
   6. MyMoveworks Org Custom Domain Alias - Admins can customize their organization’s custom MyMoveworks URL using this field.

   For e.g. If you want to override your org’s MyMoveworks url with “company.moveworks.com”, enter company below. Keeping this blank will default to my.moveworks.com.
   Pre-requisite: OIDC configuration is required under SSO settings.

2. Bot Preferences

   1. Image URL for Bot Avatar: Admins can add publicly-accessible URL that hosts their bot avatar.

   Upload Guidelines: Max size: 1000x1000. Supported Image Type: PNG. URL must be a direct link to the image file, ending with .png.

   Keeping this blank will have the default Moveworks BOT avatar.

   Changing the avatar will impact any MW webUIs (Ticket links, Knowledge articles, In-Bot fillable forms, Minerva co-pilot on reasoning, etc.) and Dashboards (EXI, BPI, etc.)

3. Moveworks Web UI Styling - By modifying the primary, secondary & highlight colors, Admins can customize the appearance of in-bot fillable forms that are launched in a separate window.

Customization

How can I customize my company's MyMoveworks URL?

1. Go to Org Information in Moveworks Setup
2. Go to MyMoveworks Org Custom Domain Alias field
3. Input your desired custom name. If you want to customise your MyMoveworks URL as companyname.mymoveworks.com, input companyname
4. Click on Submit

How can I customize my bot Avatar?

1. Go to Org Information in Moveworks Setup
2. Go to Image URL for Bot Avatar under Bot preferences section
3. Upload a publicly accessible URL that hosts your bot avatar
4. Please note: The image should have a Max size of 1000x1000. Supported Image Type is PNG and the URL must be a direct link to the image file, ending with .png.
5. Click on Submit
