Why do we need access to your WordPress instance?
Our knowledge fetcher gets the content stored in your WordPress instance utilizing the available APIs and performs the “snippetization” process to cache relevant article data with relevant tags.
Authentication Requirements
Accessing WordPress content programmatically requires credentials with sufficient permissions. To index and crawl WordPress content, you will need to create a service account which has sufficient access to those pages or posts which you want the Moveworks Bot to ingest and serve.

After setting up the service account with Application Passwords, you will need to provide the following:
- Username
- e.g. Moveworks
- Password
- A strong password of your choice
- WordPress Site URL: The URL to your WordPress site
- e.g.
https://example.databricks.com
- e.g.
