Submitting an Analytic Data Request

The process of Analytic Data pull is designed to accommodate specific data needs that our self-service dashboards and resources do not cover. Before submitting a request, please ensure your requirements cannot be fulfilled through our available dashboards to maximize efficiency and response times for all users.

Moveworks offers comprehensive dashboards and documentation for self-serve analytics and insights.

To access analytic dashboards, login to my.moveworks.com, and click on “Analytics”.

Before proceeding with a data request, we highly recommend exploring these resources:

Submitting an Analytic Data Request

If your data needs extend beyond what our self-serve dashboards can provide, please follow the process outlined below to submit an Analytic Data Request.

Choose to file Analytic Data Request:

Fill in the Form Fields:

  • Subject: Briefly state the topic of your request.
  • Description: Offer a detailed description of the data required, including the nature of the data (e.g., list of users, tickets, interactions) and the desired date range.
  • Additional Info: Provide context on the types of data and the specific timeline, further defining your request.
  • Purpose of Data: Explain how you plan to use the data, supporting the assessment of your request's importance and urgency.

Acceptable Requests:

Examples of requests that require our direct support typically include data pulls beyond the scope of existing dashboards. For instance:

  • Row-level data of high volume: Currently, there is a limit of 20K rows in Copilot Insights dashboard. If you need to a significantly larger volume of data, please submit a request.
  • List of users who blocked the bot: If you need to dig into specific details around users who blocked the bot, please submit a request.

Evaluation of Requests:

  • All requests will be reviewed for feasibility and relevance. Requests that can be addressed through existing self-service options will be guided towards the appropriate resources, e.g. analytic dashboards or documentation.
  • Complex requests requiring significant manual intervention will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the potential impact and resource availability.
