Overview

Moveworks Professional Services (PS) is your partner for strategic initiatives, new implementations, and custom solutions that go beyond the scope of standard support. Engage our PS team of Customer Success Engineers and Engagement Managers when you need technical resources for complex deployments, or strategic expansions of your Moveworks platform. The services outlined in this document outlines the example activities, and work that is in scope of the Moveworks Professional Services team, and are typically delivered as part of a Statement of Work (SOW) through our PSS Packages, Flex Development Packages, or Consulting Packages.

What can I leverage a Moveworks CSE For?

Platform Implementation & Onboarding

  • Full end-to-end deployment and configuration of the Moveworks platform for new customers.
  • Designated project and deployment management to ensure a successful launch.
  • Guided setup and validation of all initial system integrations (e.g., ITSM, Chat, SSO, Knowledge).
  • Strategic guidance on change management, internal communications, and user adoption best practices.

New Plugin Enablement & Integration Implementations

  • Consulting or Configuration guidance for the implementation of a new Moveworks plugin not included in the initial implementation (e.g., Triage, Channel Resolver, Employee Comms, File Search, Handoff, etc.).
  • Ad-hoc hands-on configuration guidance to enable and tune new platform features.
  • Implementation of a new core system integration from scratch (e.g., connecting to a new ITSM like Jira after launching on ServiceNow).

Custom Solutions & Advanced Configurations

  • Consulting on Agent Studio use cases, including discovery, feasibility, conversation design mocks, and API research.
  • Development of custom integrations with homegrown applications or unsupported third-party systems via API.
  • Design and implementation of complex, multi-step workflows that go beyond standard plugin configuration.
  • Live, hands-on working sessions with your organization's developers to provide expert guidance on building custom solutions.

Advisory & Optimization Services

  • Expert consultation on the Moveworks product to support your specific use case to define the optimal solution, and ideal path to delivery.
  • Deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for advanced technical issues.
  • Platform overview and enablement sessions for new customer team members upon request.
  • Additional live virtual education sessions as your projects and teams require.
  • Participation in your recurring meetings with Moveworks on request to provide ongoing strategic and technical expertise.

Platform Health Check & Optimization Assessment

  • A comprehensive review of your current configuration to identify opportunities for improvement and increased ROI.

Roadmap Planning

  • In partnership with your Moveworks CSM, you can request your Moveworks CSE to be involved in strategic planning sessions to align Moveworks capabilities with your long-term business goals.
