Personalized branding: The Assistant automatically uses your existing name, image, and primary color settings from Moveworks Setup.

Q: Can Assistant on Web be accessed via mobile devices?

Yes. Assistant on Web can be accessed from any mobile web browser, such as Safari or Chrome, on iOS or Android devices. Access, however, is determined by your organization’s SSO configuration. Each organization decides whether to allow or restrict mobile access for the My Moveworks SSO app in their identity provider (for example, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, Ping, or Google Workspace).

If your IT team has enabled mobile access for your My Moveworks app, your employees will be able to open Assistant on Web from a mobile device. While the experience will render correctly, it is not yet fully optimized for mobile devices. We recommend accessing Assistant on Web from a desktop browser for the best experience.

If your IT team has restricted mobile access for the My Moveworks SSO app, employees will not be able to sign in to Assistant on Web from a mobile device.
