Moveworks Professional Services Customer Portal Overview

The Moveworks Professional Services Customer Portal provides you with visibility into your Professional Services projects and needs.

From this portal you can:

  1. Submit requests for technical consultation or technical configuration help from a Moveworks Customer Success Engineer (CSE) by leveraging the CSE Intake Form

  2. Book time with a Moveworks CSE via Calendly for Product Consultation or Configuration Help.

  3. View what Moveworks Service Package you organization is utilizing.

  4. View the services hours you have consumed in accordance with the budgeted hours.

  5. View key project information, such as: Status of current tasks and projects,

  6. View key time tracking information, such as: tracked time, remaining time, time data by month, time data by individual.

  7. View key task details, such as: task status, task description, etc. -- providing a shared view to operate with your Moveworks PS team.

How to log into the Moveworks Professional Services Portal?

  1. Log in to My Moveworks.
  2. Click on the Professional Services tile. Note: This Tile will only appear if you leverage Moveworks Professional Services via a Service Package, Flex Development, or Consulting project.
  1. Upon successful login, you'll be redirected, and logged into to the Professional Services Portal homepage which serves as your gateway to access Moveworks Professional Services.

Navigation Bar

The navigation bar makes it easy to find what you're looking for on the customer portal, and navigate through the Home Page & Project Information.

Home Page- Contains details about your Moveworks team, Service Package, and an option to schedule time with your Moveworks CSE.


Project Information - This page has 2 key sections: Project Time Data and Tasks. Project Time Data allows you to see how many PS hours you have used per month, and who from your Moveworks team is consuming the hours. Tasks let's you view spotlighted task views, deadlines, statuses, and partner with your Moveworks PS team to responsibilities efficiently.

Project Switcher

If you are running multiple projects with Moveworks, you can use the project switcher on the top right to switch between the projects you are a part of and see details specific to each project.


FAQ

How to add new members on my team to the project?

On the top right, you can click the purple "Share" button, and then invite other members on your team to your project.

Note: The users must be in your Moveworks organization, so they can sign in via My Moveworks

I don't see my Consulting or Development project?

You can use the project switcher on the top right to switch between relevant projects.
