Overview

Moveworks Approvals allows your users to manage their approvals — natively in-chat — via natural language. There are several types of approval implementations that Moveworks supports:

  1. ServiceNow Approvals: ServiceNow Approvals integrates into 4 ticket types - RITM, REQ, INC, and GRC.
  2. Software Approvals: Moveworks managed approvals that can be configured by customers within Moveworks Setup.
  3. Group Approvals: Moveworks managed approvals that can be configured by customers within Moveworks Setup.
  4. Approvals via Creator Studio: Add more Approval systems, such as Concur, Workday, Ariba etc, via Creator Studio.
