How Do I Install and Set Up Google Authenticator MFA for Gmail?

You will need your mobile device and passwords to your email as well as app store accounts.

Install Google Authenticator from the App Store or Google Play.
Launch Google Authenticator and follow the online prompts to set up your Gmail account:
- On your computer, log into your Gmail account.
- Click Settings (Gear icon) in the upper-right corner and click the Accounts and Import tab.
- In the Change Account Settings section at the top, click Other Google Account Settings.
