RingCentral Glip Access Needs

Moveworks requires the following service accounts to allow the Moveworks Customer Success (CS) team to align user roster data, install the Glip bot, test it, and promote it to production when ready.

  1. Developer account at developers.ringcentral.com associated with your environment. This is where Moveworks CS creates and installs the bot.
  2. User accounts we can use to log in to the chat environment. This is where Moveworks CS tests the bot during deployment.
