Getting Ready for Multilingual Support
Multilingual Support (MLS) is best suited for multinational, multilingual organizations with a primarily english-speaking service team. For complex tasks, MLS will translate any non-english ticket or utterance into English to be handled by the Service Desk team.
Moveworks does not need any training data to deploy MLS within a customer environment.
The following organizational profiles will require advanced scoping from Moveworks to support effectively.
- A monolingual, non-english speaking organization
- A Service desk team that does not understand or operate in English.
Although not a limitation, experiences such as ticket notes from Moveworks will need to be updated to the right language.
