How do I install Symantec's VIP Access MFA?

Use the VIP Access Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to securely log into our VPN, smartphone, or computer.

1. Download VIP Access from <https://idprotect.vip.symantec.com or https://m.vip.symantec.com>.
2. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install.
3. Run VIP Access by clicking the VIP Access.app (located in the Applications folder).
   Note: If you see the error "VIP Access.app can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer," simultaneously press the Control key and click the VIP Access.app.

How do I use the Symantec VIP Access Authenticator (on mobile)?

1. On your mobile device, launch the Symantec VIP Access app.
2. On your desktop web browser, log into <Needs Input> with your username and Master Password.
3. On your web browser, enter the 6-digit code that your mobile app displays. If desired, check the box to enable the option, "Trust this computer for 30 days" and provide a computer name, then click Authenticate.
