Internet connection maintenance
To keep your internet connection working, consider the following best practices:
- Restart your device at least once a week.
- Keep your modem/router and devices away from sources of interference (e.g. concrete walls or monitors).
- Add a Wi-Fi extender to improve coverage and signal strength if needed.
- Place your Wi-Fi gateway centrally in your home or office (keep it upright and off the floor).
- Update anti-virus software, drivers, firmware, and computer and device software.
