Can’t log into Slack

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following. After each, check if the issue is resolved.

1. (Mobile only) If you lost your phone, got a new phone, or are locked out of your device, open a ticket with IT, as they might need to temporarily disable your 2FA or update something on the backend).
2. Make sure that your network connection is working as expected.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Make sure caps lock is OFF and that you’re entering the correct username and password.
5. You’re not sure which email address to use or don't know your Slack URL: Find your Slack workspace page at https://slack.com/get-started#/find and follow the online prompts.
