If you're experiencing disconnections or unusual delays, try the following:

- Try changing the VPN server location to a less crowded server or one closer to you.
- Restart your computer and try connecting to VPN again.
- Close other applications.
- Uninstall the VPN client from your device and then reinstall it from .
Connecting to GlobalProtect disrupts my network connection
- Disconnect and reconnect your network (Wi-Fi or LAN).
- Connect to GlobalProtect.
