1. Press the Alt + T keys on your keyboard, then select Options.
2. In the left-nav bar of the window that displays, click the Privacy icon.
3. Click the remove individual cookies link.
4. In the Search field, type “webex.com” (without quotes).
5. Select the cookie you want to remove, then select Remove Selected. (Note: You can hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click on multiple selections to remove multiple cookies.)
6. Click the Close button.
7. Exit all open instances of Firefox for the changes to take effect.

1. In the Internet Explorer 11 browser, go to the Webex meeting website in (sitename.webex.com). Replace "Sitename" with your company name
2. Click the Tools (gear) icon and select F12 Developer Tools to display the Developer Tools window.
3. Click the Network tab to display the Network Menu.
4. Click Clear Cookies for this Domain.
5. Click Clear Browser Cache for this Domain.
