What are ticketing plugin controls?

Plugin controls serve as a switch enabling you to activate or deactivate specific functionalities. They allow you to apply filters, manage features, and regulate the behaviors of various skills.

Setup plugin controls

Each plugin control some functionality of the ticketing skill. The title and description for the plugin calls out the affect.

1. Enable the checkbox if you want the plugin control to be enabled
2. Few plugin controls are depended on DSL rule. For eg : Set Notifiable Users, if you enable this plugin control you need to add the users in DSL rule. Learn more about DSL rule in this document :
