Classic Ingestion Setup

Connect knowledge bases and file repositories to your AI Assistant using Classic Ingestion.

Classic Ingestion connects your internal content sources to the Moveworks AI Assistant so it can answer employee questions by surfacing relevant articles and documents from your existing systems.

Each connector supports up to 100,000 documents. For larger datasets or full permission mirroring across all connectors, see Max Capacity Setup or browse the full Search Connectors inventory.

Prerequisites

  1. A connector for your knowledge system must be created and healthy in Moveworks Setup. See Connectors for instructions.
  2. You must have admin access in Moveworks Setup.

Content Types

Classic Ingestion supports two content types:
