Productivity Plugins Overview

The productivity plugins are built-in plugins in the Enterprise Assistant for work that doesn’t fit squarely into search or automation, or that combines both. To turn them on, see Configure Productivity Plugins.

Capabilities

  • Brief Me: Employees upload files in chat and ask questions about them, get summaries, or compare content.
  • Quick GPT: Answers general, open-ended questions, such as writing and brainstorming, that aren’t tied to internal company data.
  • Calendar Management: Employees book meetings and check availability from chat with the Google Calendar and Outlook plugins in the AI Agent Marketplace. See Calendar Management.
