Calendar Management

Use the marketplace plugins today

A built-in Calendar Management capability is still under development. Today, calendar management runs on the Google Calendar and Outlook plugins in the AI Agent Marketplace.

Overview

Employees can book meetings, find time, check their schedule, and update or cancel meetings by asking your AI Assistant. Install the plugins for your calendar system from the AI Agent Marketplace into your org’s Tool Studio.

Each plugin needs its connector set up first. The connector page on the marketplace has the setup steps and lists every plugin built on it.

What employees can ask

With the plugins installed, employees ask in plain language:

  • “Book 30 minutes with Chris and Taylor next week”
  • “Find time for a follow-up with Alex and Raj before Thursday”
  • “What’s on my calendar this afternoon?”
  • “Move my 1:1 with Sarah to Friday at 2 PM”
  • “Cancel my 4 PM meeting and let everyone know”
