Why do we need an alias account?

Our knowledge ingestion engine takes this alias account and fetches the knowledge content present in the SAP Build Work Zone knowledge base.

Then the bot will read knowledge base articles and use them to serve the information in a Moveworks Assistant to answer questions.

What do we require for SAP Build Work Zone access?

SAP Build Work Zone does authentication based on an API key

• We would require the API key generated for the alias account so we can configure it and pass it as authorization header while fetching the API’s.

Generally the Public workspace are visible to all user’s on the SAP Build Work Zone environment, But we would require to cross-check the workspaces access provided to this account so only the required workspaces are ingested in the knowledge fetcher.
