Analytics

Measure how the assistant performs, govern who sees what, and get the data into your own tools.

Analytics covers three jobs: seeing how the assistant performs, controlling who can see which interactions, and getting the underlying data out for your own reporting. The dashboards live in the Analytics application in MyMoveworks; the Data API serves the same data to your BI tools.

Start with

Measure performance

AI Assistant Insights breaks the assistant down by capability, from search and ticketing to approvals and user adoption. Enterprise Search Insights covers search specifically, and the Customer Satisfaction Survey explains how CSAT is collected and reported.

Govern what people see

Custom Views & Data Governance walks through building views that restrict analytics by team, region, or capability, and Governing Interactions collects the practices for handling interaction data responsibly.

Get the data out

The Data API guides cover credentials, building an integration, custom dashboards in BI tools, and the SQL queries behind the top metrics. The full endpoint reference with try-it is in the Data API Reference. If you need data that neither surface provides, see Submitting an Analytic Data Request.

When something looks off

Start with the Analytics Support Guide. If ServiceNow ticket data is missing from assistant analytics, Set Up ServiceNow Federated ID is usually the fix.
