Controlled Availability

The Agentic Orchestrator is in Controlled Availability and comes to your Enterprise Assistant in Q1 2027. Capabilities, limits, and interface labels described here may change before general availability. To request access, contact your Moveworks account team.

In the Orchestrator, the model handles language directly: employees chat in their own language and get answers back in it, grounded in content written in any language.

How It Works

  • Replies in the conversation’s language. The employee’s language carries through the whole conversation, including follow-up questions and plans.
  • Interface in the employee’s language. Structured UI such as buttons, notifications, and citations follows each employee’s language preference.
  • Reads content as written. Knowledge articles, files, and results from Tool Studio plugins, MCP servers, and A2A agents reach the model in their original language, so nothing is lost to a translation step. A German policy can answer a question asked in Spanish.
  • Searches across languages. Enterprise search ranks content in its original language. Results in the query’s language come first, and content in other languages surfaces when there’s no strong match in the query’s language; see Multilingual Search.
  • Local by default. Location and timezone from the user’s profile set the local date and time the model works with and keep web results locally relevant.

Steer It

The model follows the conversation’s language on its own. To set a house rule, such as always answering in the employee’s language or always quoting policy titles in English, state it in the assistant’s instructions.
