Controlled Availability

The Agentic Orchestrator is in Controlled Availability and comes to your Enterprise Assistant in Q1 2027. Capabilities, limits, and interface labels described here may change before general availability. To request access, contact your Moveworks account team.

An artifact is a file the assistant hands back in the conversation, such as a report, a spreadsheet, a slide deck, a chart, or a PDF. Users open or download it from a card in the EmployeeWorks web app.

How It Works

  • Two ways to make one. The Orchestrator writes text formats itself. PDFs, Office files, and images come from Python in the code sandbox, one file per run.
  • The card. Each artifact appears as a card with Download. Selecting the card opens a preview panel for HTML, Markdown, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, CSV, text, JSON, and images. XLSX files are download-only. HTML previews run in a sandboxed frame.
  • Multi-step work. Artifacts persist across turns, so a later code run can take one as input: clean data into a CSV, chart it, then place the chart in a deck. A revision is a new artifact; the original is never overwritten.
  • Private to the user. Each artifact can be fetched only by the user it was created for.

Configure

Artifacts are available in Controlled Availability. The model decides when to create one, so ask for the format you want in the assistant’s instructions, for example: “Return the weekly summary as a one-page PDF.”
