Troubleshooting Hub
The Troubleshooting Hub holds the Moveworks Setup tools for understanding, validating and debugging the AI Assistant’s behavior. Ticket Viewer fetches one ticket by ID and shows how it maps to the Moveworks Ticket object, AI Assistant Chat Playback replays a user conversation with the assistant’s reasoning, and Configuration Change History shows who changed what, when, and how.
