## What is an Initiative?

An **initiative** is a visual, end-to-end representation of a business workflow — such as expense management or talent acquisition — that maps personas, tasks, and plugins across each step of the process.

## Core Capabilities

There are a few ways to work with initiatives:

See the process flow, personas, and plugins at each step. Customize with natural language.
